For the past 2 years, I've been lucky enough to work with Chef Aitor, capturing his incredible Spanish dishes across China. This guy's a real deal - he's been bringing authentic Spanish flavors to some of the coolest restaurants in the country. This video is from last month at a private dining residency in Beijing. Just me, my camera, and watching pure magic happen in the kitchen. Been following him from kitchen to kitchen, city to city - built such a solid relationship with the chef that allowing me to capture those intimate moments of creation that usually remain hidden from diners' eyes. Always grateful for these collaborations that let me do what I love - making food look as amazing on camera as it tastes! Shot and edited by me, this piece represents not just food videography, but the art of visual storytelling in the culinary world.
